A Little About Us
Hello! We are Zack and Jerica Mauro. The Mauro family has been farming just outside of Pueblo for six generations! Zack has been raising animals and hands on mastering the butcher and processing skills since he was 12! We decided it was time for Pueblo to have an opportunity to have great quality meat without his box store prices. We also wanted to share our original recipe items with you! Try Zack’s unique Pueblo Chile items and don’t pass up the Blueberry Sausage!Grandpa Red’s 100 year old Italian Sausage recipe never disappoints! As residents of Pueblo, we promise to pour back into our community. Our meat will be donated to local community meals and nonprofits, because no one deserves to worry about affording meat!
